Courageous Humility Pt. 1Sample
Like David, Ezekiel, Daniel, Jonah, and others in the Bible, He will lift us up from the places we may find ourselves. Scripture so clearly depicts the Lord lifting us up from wherever we may be, by the power of His Spirit, which is available to those of us who have asked Jesus Christ to be our Lord and Savior. The same Spirit that lifted Jesus Christ from the dead, now dwells within us {see Romans 8:11}. He will lift us up as well!
Where did reading Scripture clarify for me a place or places where God would like to lift me up by His Spirit?
Prayer: Lord, I pray for courage for each and every one of us this morning, to confidently cry out to You as we patiently wait in challenging places. Help us see what keeps us from courageously crying out to You, and cry out ANYWAY. Nestle the Scripture You’ve led us to deep within our hearts and help us see You DO HEAR US! You heard the cries of people in the Old and New Testament and You hear us today! Thank You! Transform places of unbelief to belief and lift us up, like so many before us. Lift us up, dust off the muck and mire, preparing us for Your place of sure footing in our lives. Lord, thank You for Your faithfulness, regardless of our frailty and imperfections. In the Name of Jesus Christ we pray, amen!

About this Plan
Be strong. Be Alert. Be Courageous. These words are the premise of this 30 day study where you will uncover God's desire for you to call out to Him and trust He will hear. Not only hear, but set you on sure footing, a path He sets before you, for your sake and the sake of those around you. From there you will dig into Scripture around what it means to courageously step into God's presence, how to do so, and what you can expect as a result of going into His presence. Finally, you will be encouraged to step towards the healing Christ offers, both individually, and as the collective Bride of Christ. Each day you will be encouraged to ask questions, seek answers in God and His Word, and identify the step YOU sense the Holy Spirit compelling you to take. Courage accompanies ACTION, and Christ reveals to us where to move next, while the Holy Spirit empowers us to do so!
