Jesus often found Himself with large groups of people who had become hungry! When Jesus asked how they would be fed, the disciples answered, from whence can a man satisfy these men with bread here in the wilderness? The disciples were wondering how they were going to feed all those people. It seemed like they had forgotten when Jesus fed the five thousand not long before.

God has done many gracious and good things for us, and we tend to forget by the next time we are in need. When a new emergency comes our way, we act like it is the first time ever gone through one, completely forgetting what God has done for us in the past. Being thankful for what God has done for us in the past, will increase our faith in God for what He can do in the future!
