But What if God Does?

DAY 2 OF 3

When God gives you a gift you weren't expecting. What if God wants to bless me?

That's how God is! Good, kind, and full of blessings for His children. We're used to thinking that God needs us to do something to be blessed, or we think that if something isn't on our list of needs, then it's even less on God's list. But sometimes God sees beyond. Beyond a request. Beyond a need. Beyond a dream. God sees what we can't see and the dream we really want that we didn't even know about (Ephesians 3:20).

The Shunammite woman loved God with all her heart. And she was asked a question: What can I do for you? She could have answered a thousand things, but she didn't ask for anything.

There are times when we ourselves don't know what we want. God surprises us with an answer that seems impossible to us:

Elisha tells her: You will have a son.

She replied: Don't mock my Lord.

And just as it was said, it happened.

She didn't ask for anything, but even so, God gave her a son.

This is one of those times when you don't ask, but God still wants to bless you. You don't know what to ask for, but God already has your blessing on the way. You thought you were already okay, but God wants to surprise you. What if God wants to bless you? Give you something you've never dreamed or imagined. (1 Corinthians 2:9). What if God wants to give it to you even though it seems impossible? In a world where the noblest requests are denied, where doubt lurks so that you don't believe that God is good, there is our God questioning your impossibility! (Jeremiah 32:27). For God nothing is impossible!

About this Plan

But What if God Does?

When uncertainties about your future creep in and you question, "What if God doesn't do this?" or "Does God want to heal me?", and you doubt your faith, God's response is, "What if I do?"...God can do something completely unexpected, bless you beyond measure, and reveal His goodness in ways you never imagined.
