Accepting Christ

“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”

JOHN 3:16 KJV

Jesus came to this world in order that each of us might live abundantly and eternally. He came so that our joy might be complete here on earth and, more importantly, in heaven. Christ loved us so much that He endured unspeakable pain on the cross so that we might be with Him throughout eternity.

How will you respond to Christ’s sacrifice? Will you give Him your heart, your mind, and your soul? And will you accept the gift of eternal life, a gift that cost Him so much but can be yours for the asking? It’s the most important decision you’ll ever make. And if you choose wisely, it’s a decision that you’ll never regret.

When we end up in a situation where we have been rejected, there is an acceptance in Christ of a new place He is going to take us. It is like nothing we have ever experienced. You are accepted in Christ, never rejected by Him.
