DAY 6 OF 7

Purpose in Suffering

“There can’t be any good purpose to this pain!” This thought process can be normal, but it’s far from the Truth.

God has a purpose for each of us in our pain (2 Cor. 1:3-9).

God wants to restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you in your suffering (1 Peter 5:10)!

The Lord has given us promises to encourage us to know that what we are currently experiencing is only temporal (2 Cor 4:17)!

God dispatches His Angel Armies to safeguard you, in the meantime!

God’s Ministering Angels sharpen and strengthen you amid suffering as you cry out to The Lord.

Once, in obedience to God, I headed to a hospital 3 1/2 hours away from me to pray over the perimeter of a hospital where a dear, close friend was dying of COVID. Three days passed that I was hearing, “Go.” That 3rd day was loud and clear as she was nearing her end, so off I went.

As I repeatedly listened to a song on the way there about the principalities that we are fighting, a car got in front of me driving super slow. I felt a gripe in my spirit about this person holding me up. Then, suddenly, out of nowhere, I saw an Angel of Light and an Angel of Darkness swoop in over the top of that car, and they were fighting. I will never in my life forget this vision. At that moment, I knew God was showing me "one of many” times that His Angel Armies had dispatched to fight for me!

That same night, an Angel entered my friend’s hospital room. She thought He was taking her home…but He told her the very thing that I had told my friend’s brother earlier in that day: “There’s still work for you to do.” He gave her specific instructions from God to deliver two messages to two people when she got well. Her health started turning around and she did just what was instructed for her to do. Now, she gives her testimony in many states within the U.S.!

There’s PURPOSE in our suffering!

When you purpose yourself to dwell in the shelter of Christ, you are literally making yourself a part of His very Shadow! You can’t get any closer than that (Psa 91:1)!

Jesus wants to give your pain purpose if you will just allow Him the freedom to work.

About this Plan

Suffering Successfully

Suffering successfully isn’t by chance. It’s a process facilitated by the Holy Spirit when we seek Him during the pain. We’ll pursue God’s Heart together, so there’s no parking in the dark season. Flowing, flourishing, and fanning into flames His Power onto others out of the ashes is the goal. God will make beauty out of those ashes! Your pain is not wasted!
