Walk Through The Bible 365 - JulySample
Exam Time
The only person who looks forward to exams is one who is thoroughly prepared and wants to prove this preparedness to the examiner. How would you feel if today God placed you in the examination chair? Would you be confident? Would you willingly surrender to his intense but loving inspection, or would you want to hide? It's only as we allow the Lord to examine us that we can grow and become more like Him.
Prayer: Dear Heavenly Father, I open myself up to you today. Examine me; test me. I love you and trust you to show me the gaps and black smudges I can't see myself so I can confess them and correct them with your Spirit's help. Like David, I want to continually walk in your truth. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
