Revealing the Reformers

From generation to generation, reformers have been present on the earth. At their very forefront are the apostles and prophets, past and present, called to function as part of what is known as the “fivefold ministry” of those who are God’s leadership gifts to the Church. Fivefold ministry leaders, serving as apostles, prophets, pastors, teachers and evangelists, possess the supernatural ability to equip other believers and send them forth to influence every aspect of their cultures. Such leaders, as well as those believers whom they equip and send, are filled with faith to operate in great influence and warrior capacity, bringing forth reformation.

Reformers have been present in God’s affairs from the beginning, but they are not only those who serve in the fivefold ministry. All believers are called to become reformers, delivering people from bondage and bringing them into the Kingdom of God! Reformers are fearless and committed individuals, making up every part of the Body of Christ. God is using the voice of His reformers, His “sent ones,” to remind people of His Word. Filled with vision and purpose, reformers are tenacious and unrelenting in fulfilling the purpose for which they have been sent. They are unrelenting in their pursuit of righteousness and their desire to see God’s Kingdom released in great measures so that the Great Commission can be fulfilled on the earth. Reformers carry regions and nations in their hearts.

The current global crisis signals a desperate need for reformers. The rights of unborn children must be protected. The definition of marriage and family must return to biblical order. Arts, entertainment and media must be reformed to portray righteousness rather than violence and perversion. Education must be stopped from indoctrinating children into perversion and wickedness. Righteous political rulers must be elected, and those who would dismiss God as irrelevant must be sent home. Media misinformation campaigns fueled by demons to create fear and division must stop. Into this crisis scenario, this spiritual battle between two kingdoms, reformers who understand that they are sent by God must arise.

Without reformers, darkness will increase. That is why, dear one, we cannot remain content to sit on the sidelines as spiritual spectators. God has anointed us with power and authority to be Kingdom influencers wherever we go. It is time to arise and take your place among the reformers of our time!
