According to Strong’s Concordance, the Greek word for “Shineth” is, ‘phainō’ (G5316) which means, “To bring forth into the light, cause to shine, shed light.” You were sent by God to let His Light shine through you in dark places. Choose to let God’s Light radiate in everything that you both say and do. Let His Light shine through your countenance and communication. Let His Light be revealed in how you lead and handle others. Let His Light be revealed through your work and through your character. Let the Light of God shine through your relationships, both personal and professional. Choose to be a vessel used by God and let others see His Light shine through your daily interactions. 

Let others see God’s Light and Love through how you handle the heart of others. Let His Word be revealed through your character. Let His Light shine through your countenance — even in chaos. Maybe, God sent you to a dark place in order to be a reflection of His Light, Peace, Order and Character. Choose to reflect His Light in every season. Maybe, you don’t “fit in” because darkness surrounds you. You were designed to be light. You were chosen to be light. You were created to be light. Choose to surrender to God and let His Light shine through you — even in dark environments. 

God sends light where He wants to reveal His Love, Way and Character. Maybe, you were sent to be the “Difference Maker”. When darkness surrounds you, choose to be light. Choose to reflect Christ. Stay submitted to His Word and let His Light shine through you. Let His Light reveal your love for others. Let His Light display the character and quality of your heart. Choose to let God’s Light shine through your actions. 

In places that lack integrity, choose to reflect God’s Light and His Character. Submit to His WIll and His Way of doing things. Lead others through your example. Submit to His Word and Counsel. In environments that lack faith, choose to let God’s Light display your measure of faith. Be the example. Be His example. Lead others through your faithful obedience and submission to God’s Word. Choose to exercise your faith in every season. Let God use you. Let God set you apart. Be a reflection of His Light in the Earth. 

Shine His Light in the boardroom. Shine His Light in the classroom. Reflect His Light in the courtroom. Be a reflection of His Light when you’re at home, in business, or in ministry — choose to let the Light of God radiate through you. Let others see God’s Love, Light and Character — through you. Choose to let His Light shine through you.
