GOD USES HIS PEOPLE TO ANSWER OUR PRAYERS

Many years ago, at a world exhibition in Chicago, Mr. Dwight Moody joined a campaign that cost thousands of dollars. A small group met to help Mr. Moody with the work. They prayed and made plans for him too. While they were eating, Mr. Moody said, "Today we need $ 7,000 for this work. I have received $ 1,000, so there is still a lack of $ 6,000. Before eating, I suggest that we pray and ask God to help us meet this lack of funds. "So with childlike faith, Mr. Moody addressed this problem to Father in heaven.

An hour after the small group had lunch and finished their plans for the day, a child came with a telegram in his hand. Mr. Moody read the telegram and handed it to Reuben Torrey to read out loud. This is what the letter said, "Mr. Moody, your friend in Northfield has the feeling that you need money in Chicago. We have just collected offerings and the amount of money collected is $ 6,000.” Northfield is located thousands of miles from Chicago. That morning, when the service at Northfield was almost over, someone proposed to collect offerings for Mr. Moody's work in Chicago.

The Lord lives! All believers know that they live by their close relationship with God.

Devotion 

When we pray, we believe that God can answer our prayers through His ways that are often beyond our thinking. When we pray, can we surrender everything to God?
