DAY FIVE: Rise Up, Modern-Day Hannahs!

It’s time, Hannah.

The Lord is releasing a strong spirit of discernment on modern-day Hannahs. The Holy Spirit will set a watch over our mouths that we will not sin with our words. The ears of modern-day Hannahs will be open to the voice of God, and they will have the tongue of the learned, speaking right words in right seasons.

Silence was one of Hannah’s strategies against her enemies. On some things we have to learn how to pull back, surrender, and stay low on our face before God. Even after the fulfillment of God’s promise, we must remain humble, knowing that it is God who gives seed to the sower.

There isn’t much credit a barren woman can take for suddenly bearing a child. It is all God. All we did is surrender it all to Him. The devil keeps trying to get us to walk in the flesh, but we must remain in a place of “I surrender all”—for real.

It’s time to know who God is and who you are. It’s time to stand on God’s promises and pray persistently until you bear fruit that remains. Stand still and see His salvation. Your promised seed is on the way.
