7 Days of Trusting God in EverythingUkážka
Today and Tomorrow
Ever heard the phrase, “He is already there?” It means Jesus is already there. He’s in the past. He’s here now. And he’s in the future. He’s already preparing for you. It’s comforting, but only if we believe it. It comforts us to know that God is there, but only if that’s enough. It should be. God should be enough. His presence, love, and peace are enough. But only if we turn off the part of ourselves that wants to control things.
Take tomorrow, for example. We’re not sure what is going to happen, but God is already there. And he is enough. Worry or anxiety begins to assert themselves only when we try to regain control of ourselves. When we thrust ourselves and our desires into God’s perfect plan. Yes, God gives us desires and needs, and when those are aligned with his will and not our flesh, we will remain in peace. But when we decide we must plan this or that, what we are really doing is removing our trust in God. Not a good idea. Removing our trust in God tells him he is not enough. Remember, God has your back. He is with you yesterday, today, and tomorrow. He is already there waiting for you. Keep placing your trust in him. Let him walk with you each moment. Tell him your worries, but allow him to solve them. Listen after you speak. And trust that he is enough. Because he is.
Trust and focus: Isn’t it comforting to know God is already there for you? As you continue to place your trust in him, relax. Trust that he’s got this. And that, too.

O tomto pláne
Trusting God isn’t always easy. Sometimes it’s really hard, right? Almost impossible! When life isn’t simple or going according to plan, we must place our hope in the One who knows all things. The good news is this: God is in control. He holds your todays, your yesterdays, and all of your tomorrows. Begin trusting him afresh today.
