The Holy Spirit Reveals

The Holy Spirit is the great leveler. It’s not about how smart we are, how tough we are, how many resources we have, where we live, how many courses we’ve done, our age, gender, or experience. It is about the Holy Spirit’s gracious will to reveal to us a gift: His wondrous revelation of who Jesus is, what He said, what He has done, what He promises and what this all means. The Holy Spirit reveals and teaches us the wonders and wisdom of God.
Ask God to give you the Spirit who reveals.

Jesus ascended to heaven forty days after his resurrection. During that time He appeared to His followers, saying, “I am going to send you what my Father has promised; but stay in the city until you have been clothed with power from on high." Waiting can be difficult. Behind closed doors, praying and waiting for the gift of the Spirit… for ten days. God is up to something!
