Strength in God’s Faithfulness
"Surely he will save you from the fowler’s snare and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart" - Psalm 91:3-4.
The Promise: The LORD’s faithfulness is my strength.
Surely God understands how you struggle. Assuredly, He promises to save you and show you just how precious you are to Him. He will hide you under the shadow of His wings and keep you from being overtaken. His faithfulness is strong enough to hold you through the darkest night, and He will be your refuge. In Him you can rest, trusting His heart towards you is good and He has your best in mind.

Try This: Celebrate small victories
Holding on and paying attention to small victories gives us footing in the middle of navigating a hard season. Think back to what happened throughout the day. Maybe you went for a walk or ate less sugar. Maybe you got to spend some special time with your nephews. Even brushing your teeth! The good things - list them out. What happened today that you can celebrate?
