At the darkest point in my life, I was trapped in despair, burdened by depression so heavy it pushed me to the brink of suicide. I felt alone and hopeless, unable to see a way forward. It was in that moment of brokenness that I encountered the saving grace of music rooted in Jesus. Each lyric, each melody became a lifeline, filling the emptiness in my heart and reminding me of His love and hope. Through worship, I found healing and strength, and slowly, the chains of depression began to loosen.

Psalm 34:18 says,“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” This verse touched the deepest parts of my soul, reminding me that God was near, even when I felt shattered. Similarly, Jesus’ words in Matthew 11:28-30 offered solace:“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” These promises gave me the courage to release my pain to Him and the strength to use my voice to glorify Him.

Singing became my way to lay my burdens before the Lord, expressing both my struggles and gratitude. Every note I now sing carries a sense of purpose, a testimony of His faithfulness. My voice has become a vessel to share His love and redemption with others who feel lost.

Through music, I’ve found joy and a renewed purpose to spread His light. I pray that my songs inspire others to know they are never alone and that His love can transform even the deepest pain into hope and healing. All glory to Him who saves, restores, and redeems!
