The Comeback Kidනියැදිය

Think about what it feels like when the sun comes out after a cloudy day. It warms everything up, and suddenly, things feel a lot better. That’s kind of what freedom in Jesus is like. It brings hope, pushes away worries, and gives us space to breathe. Where God’s Spirit is, there’s freedom—just like sunlight chasing away the darkness. Trusting in Jesus means we don’t have to carry around guilt or stress from our past mistakes. Instead, we can live with more hope and joy. His love gives us a fresh start, and every day, we’re invited to step into that freedom. When we do, we can do it with the hope that, because of Jesus, there’s so much good ahead of us.
Today, ask yourself, “What does freedom look like for me?” Then, ask your Small Group the same question and talk about your answers together.
