God's Redemption Story (The Church: Part 2)නියැදිය

Hebrews (2) – Day 5
In their closing comments, the author of Hebrews urges readers to remember the believers currently in prison as if they were in prison with them. While this was written in a specific context, the sentiment is as relevant today as it was nearly two millennia ago.
Today, there are 365 million Christians around the globe enduring high levels of persecution. Living in the United States, it can be easy to forget what life is like for Christians living in other parts of the world. In the persecuted church, Christians may face mockery and hatred, the inability to gain employment or access medical care, familial alienation, imprisonment, torture, or even death. Every day, there are Christians risking everything to follow Jesus.
Today, add them to your prayer list. Commit to pray daily for our brothers and sisters in the persecuted church.
