Reflection

When you’re incarcerated, it’s easy to feel as though time is standing still. Days may blur together, and the sense of being stuck can weigh heavily on your heart. But remember, even in this place, God’s timing is at work. He has a purpose for every season of your life, including this one.

God is not bound by our perception of time. While it may seem as though the days are dragging on, He is working behind the scenes, orchestrating events that we cannot see. In this waiting period, God is refining you, teaching you patience, and deepening your trust in Him. It’s not wasted time; it’s preparation for what lies ahead.

Just as winter gives way to spring, your current season will pass. Trust that God knows what He’s doing, even when it feels like nothing is happening. His timing is perfect, and He will bring you through this, stronger and more faith-filled than before.

Prayer

Lord, help me to trust in Your timing. When the days feel long, remind me that You have a purpose for this season. Strengthen my faith and help me to remain patient, knowing that You are with me in every moment. Amen.
