Reclaiming Your Spiritual Fireනියැදිය

Day 2: Fast and Seek God with Intentionality
Fasting is a powerful way to deepen your hunger for God and recalibrate your spiritual life. It sharpens your spiritual senses by stripping away distractions and allowing you to focus on God more fully. Jesus said in Matthew 6 that when you fast, you’re to do so with sincerity, not for show. Fasting is a private act of devotion that aligns your heart with God’s Will.
By intentionally creating space in your life for prayer and fasting, you are telling God that you’re serious about rekindling your relationship with Him. Whether you fast from food, social media, or another time-consuming habit, use that time to seek God intentionally. In fasting, we humble ourselves and recognize that we need more of God’s Presence and Power in our lives.
Begin by setting aside a specific time today to fast and pray. Be intentional in this pursuit—remove distractions and seek God with a focused heart. As you do, ask Him to revive your spiritual strength, renew your zeal, and refresh your passion for His Presence. Through fasting, you will find a deepening hunger for God and a sharpening of your spiritual fire.
