Talking about our beliefs is easy; living by them is considerably harder. Yet God warns us that speaking about faith is not enough; we must also live by faith. Simply put, our theology must be demonstrated, not only with words but, more importantly, with actions.

As Christians, our instructions are clear: we should trust God’s plan, obey God’s Word, and follow God’s Son. When we do these things, we inevitably partake in the spiritual abundance that the Creator has promised to those who walk in the light. But if we listen to God’s instructions on Sunday morning and ignore them the rest of the week, we’ll pay a heavy price for our misplaced priorities.

Every new day presents fresh opportunities to ensure that your actions are consistent with your beliefs. Seize those opportunities. Now.

Only believe, don’t fear. Our Master, Jesus, always watches over us, and no matter what the persecution, Jesus will surely overcome it.
