I AM the Way, the Truth, and the Life.

Would you say that there is more than one right way to eat a piece of thin crust pizza?

If you’re anything like me, you’d probably say no. You pick it up and you eat it.

But maybe you’re a part of the small percentage of the population who eats thin crust pizza with a fork and knife.

On some things there is the notion that there can be more than one right way to do something, like eat a piece of pizza.

But when it come to God, there is only ONE WAY to Him. Jesus.

Today’s passage of Scripture shows us that Jesus is preparing a place for us in Heaven.

How do we get there? Well, this is where religious and spiritual “paths” oftentimes differ. It’s important to recognize that we can’t follow any path we want. There IS one way: one RIGHT way to get to that place.

JESUS!

Jesus is “The Way”. He is the perfect path to God. It’s a clear path. We don’t have to consider other ways because there IS no better way.

Jesus is “The Truth”. He is our perfect solution. A gift from God. We need to know the right answers to the things in our lives, and Jesus is that answer!

Jesus is “The Life”. He is the perfect purpose for your life. Because we can never find true fulfillment in anything else, through seeking Him we find our peace, our purpose and His perfect plan!
