Business 101
Growth is a process and takes time. In Michigan, you cannot obtain your broker’s license (real estate) without 90 hours of approved prelicensure education courses. Which includes nine hours of civil rights law, equal opportunity in housing, and three years of real-estate-related experience. Why? Well, there has to be an honest level of commitment and a trajectory of growth. Not every day is going to be great, but can you be committed long term and work diligently daily? If you say yes, you will reap if you faint not! Entrepreneurs are measured by commitment. I may work 9-5 in the office, but I work daily and nightly on developing what God has given me to manage. How committed are you?
