Got Change?Sample
SECURE IN CHRIST
Many of us suffer from an identify crisis. We don’t know who we are; we lack a sense of belonging and direction. This leaves us looking down on ourselves and we develop strange coping mechanisms to deal with these insecurities. We either sulk or feel worthless or we pull others down so we can keep them from doing better than us.
Either way, we must deal with the truth. If you have accepted Jesus Christ as Lord of your life, then you have received His gift of salvation and have direct access to God as your Father through Jesus. If you have repented, then He has been just in forgiving you all your sins, so your past will no longer determine your future. You now belong to His family, over which He is head, the church, and you have no reason to feel lonely or rejected.
You have a purpose, unique and collective, in aiding to build His kingdom till He comes again, therefore you are not useless but useful. As a good Father, He provides, protects, counsels, corrects and leads us. There is no reason to feel insecure, because our security now comes by being in Him and belonging to Him. People may label us, Satan may threaten us, but we will not be moved, because we know our Father and He knows us. We don’t believe the lies that Satan and people speak over us; instead we believe the truth that Christ speaks over us.
He teaches us to be courageous and bold, because when we are weak, then He is strong, for His strength is made perfect in our weakness. His grace is sufficient for us (2Cor 12:9-11). So, we do not fear, we do not hesitate, we do not hold back, because we function, not on our own or of ourselves, but out of a sense of belonging to Him and finding our purpose in Him. Beat every insecurity with the knowledge of the truth of who you are in Christ.
The CHALLENGE to Change:
Ask God to highlight areas of your insecurity that Satan uses to discourage you and take you away from God. It may be rejection, personal looks, inabilities, or a host of other things that pull you down. Let go of the coping mechanisms that you hide behind. Ask Him to strengthen your faith in Him and accept the way He has created you, understanding that when we are weak, we are actually strong, for His strength is made perfect in our weakness. When he asks us to do something, He always gives us the grace and ability to do it. Be confident in His love for you.

About this Plan
We keep talking about change, how much this world needs it. True change is not brought about by the formation of new laws, rather by the transformation of each one’s life. You will find in this Plan a reminder for each day of an area we need to change in and grow, prompting us into Christ likeness and becoming the change this world needs to see and emulate. So…..Got Change?
