Death Could Not Hold Him
The significance of Jesus's death on the cross changes everything. You might look at a cross on a church and wonder, Why is the cross such a big deal? Well, the cross changes everything for us.
We will all die.
100% of human beings will die and death is our enemy. It is the universal silencer. But there is one—only one—who is stronger than death. The One True God, the Creator of life, and this God sent His Son, Jesus. And, the Bible says, He was sent as a sacrifice for us and He died on that cross. But He's stronger than death and He rose again. It was impossible for death to keep its hold on Him.
He is alive!
And because of the cross, you and I can have life.
Always remember, there is hope with God.
