RESPOND

God knows everything about you—even the parts you wish no one knew about. That’s what makes the gospel wonderful: In spite of sin, God still loves us and bought our freedom through Jesus. Often, though, we struggle to personally receive God’s love. But until we learn to accept and walk in it, we won’t experience true freedom, hope, and purpose. Today, meditate on John 15,1 Corinthians 13, Ephesians 3:14–21, and1 John 4:7–21.Sit with them and remind yourself that God is speaking these words directly to you!

PRAY

Father, I know Your Word tells me You love me and sent Your Son so I may have eternal life. I know I’m redeemed and accepted into Your family as a beloved child. But today, I ask You to help me take this truth into my heart, to accept it fully and allow it to transform me, to change the way I see You, myself, and the world. Help me “grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God” (Ephesians 3:18–19 NIV). Amen.
