It's easy to get caught up in the idea of making fast profits, but the reality is that lasting success as an investor often takes time and requires a long-term perspective. It's important to be strategic and think about the potential risks and rewards of each investment decision we make. Rushing into things without thoroughly researching and analyzing them can lead to costly mistakes.

Even if you decide to hire a financial advisor, you need to make sure you understand what you are investing in. At the end of the day, you and I are responsible for the money that God has entrusted us to manage…not our financial advisor.

And don't forget about the power of compound interest! When we consistently make progress and investments over time, even if it's just a little bit at a time, it can add up to significant growth. That's why it's important to start investing as early as possible and to be consistent in our efforts.

Proverbs 13:11 is a reminder that hard work, patience, and diligence are key to achieving success as an investor. By taking the time to thoroughly research and analyze our investment decisions and consistently working towards our financial goals, we can increase our wealth little by little and achieve lasting success.

Dear God, I pray that you would give me wisdom and guidance as I make decisions about my investments. Help me to trust in you and not in my own understanding. Give me the discernment to make wise choices that will bring honor and glory to your name.
