Life: It's Not Supposed to Be Like Thisනියැදිය

I can’t even remember all the places I lived in as a child. While they were all different, somehow, they were all the same. Low-income, small places; some houses, some apartments that were built out of desperation to house the growing population of Oklahoma City. It didn’t take long for me to figure out that life isn’t supposed to be like this.

God never intended for the world to be the way it is today. In Genesis, God saw His creation was good after each day, and it was perfect. Perfect until the first man and first woman disobeyed God, and things became chaotic. Satan tempted Eve and made the tree of knowledge of good and evil look pleasing, exciting, and desirable, just as sin looks today. God commanded Adam not to eat of the tree because he would surely die. Adam was standing behind Eve while Satan was twisting God’s words. Adam was commanded to tend and protect the Garden in Eden, yet he allowed Satan to tempt his wife while standing next to her. They both ate of the tree, and complete chaos entered the world, and they died spiritually, eventually dying physically. This is the reason the world is the way it is.
