30 Day Challenge for Positive Living

DAY 12 OF 30

QUIT YOUR FRETTING AND START PRAYING FOR YOUR PROBLEMS TO FADE AWAY.

I looked all over my house for my favorite ring. I had always placed it in my jewelry box, but when I went to put it on, it was gone! My heart sank as I realized that I might have left it at the gym when I was changing clothes. I feared what my mother would say when I told her. My grandmother gave me this ring, and it had been in our family for generations. I promised I would keep it safe, but I failed. I decided to quit beating myself up and start praying immediately. I poured out my heart and asked God for help to locate my ring. I felt His present peace as I lifted up my prayers, and behold, I found the ring in my jeans pocket.

Have you asked God to help you with what is bothering you? Nothing is too small or too big for God. He wants you to ask Him for what you need so you can receive it. He will open the door to more when you keep praying. It is time to ask, seek and knock so God can reveal what He has been trying to show you. Quit fretting and start praying!

PRAYER

Dear Lord, As I pray, I know you will answer me. I will keep asking, seeking, and knocking so that You will answer my faithful, brave and bold prayers. I need You, Lord, to help me. I have been burdened by many things that only You can change. I need a miracle from You, My miracle worker and promise keeper, and I believe You will move, and a miracle will happen. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

PRAISE

Thank God that He hears you when you pour out your heart to Him in prayer!

PROMISE

“Ask and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened to you.” Matthew 7:7
