Praise In the Presence of GodSample
Patterns for Life
All of us understand the concept of a pattern or blueprint. The tailor who designed the clothes you’re wearing had to follow a pattern or the clothing would not fit. It would be too tight in some places, or it would be too loose and would feel uncomfortable in other places. A building would not be safe, nor would an engine run, if not made according to the blueprint.
The same is true with life. We have to start with a blueprint.
The Bible’s patterns for life are not merely religious rules, they’re laws that make life work. That is, they’re patterns that work so we can live life the way God designed it. His commandments and precepts are blueprints—designs provided so we can build lives that stand strong and tall.

About this Plan
Pastor Jack Hayford points the way to the life-changing pathway of praise. No matter how you feel, praise will shape what your experiences will become. When doubts come, praise God that His Word will never fail you. When fears taunt, praise God that His presence never leaves you. When questions arise, praise God that His wisdom holds every answer. Praise leads you to the One who assures peace beyond strife, hope beyond trial, joy beyond sorrow, and life beyond all.
