God Sent His Son for You

Christmas is when God gave us his most precious gift, his Son, Jesus. The amazing gift of Jesus wasn't just for the people living at that time, it was for all people of all time.

God loves us and made us so that we can have a relationship with him. But there is a problem, we have become separated from God because of our sin. Sin is when we do anything that God says we are not to do. Sin is also when we choose not to do something God says we are to do.

The sin in our lives prevents us from having a relationship with God. God does not want this, so he gave the only gift that could free us from sin. He gave us his Son, Jesus.

Jesus lived a perfect life. He did not sin. Jesus died on the cross to take the punishment for our sins. Three days later, Jesus rose from the dead and conquered sin and death once and for all. Now we can be with God forever through Jesus.

All we have to do is admit that we sin, believe what Jesus did for us, and accept him as our Savior.

God gave us the greatest gift when he gave us Jesus. He gave us life with him forever. Would you like to accept God's gift? Pray the prayer below.
