Hearken Diligently
And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the LORD thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth: Deuteronomy 28:1 KJV
Hearken diligently unto the Voice of God. Hearken to His Way. Submit to His Instruction. Submit to His Will. You can’t properly cover your family without hearing the Voice of God. You can’t lead your family without diligently hearkening to His Voice. His Voice has Power. His Voice has Authority. His Voice breaks strongholds. His Voice breaks cycles and generational curses.
When you obey the Voice of God—blessings are propagated. Diligently and consistently follow the Voice of God, and you will not go astray. Cover them with prayer. Submit to His Word, and you’ll prosper. Proverbs 18:21 KJV declares, “Death and life are in the power of the tongue: And they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.”
You’re eating the fruit of what you’ve declared in the past. Your words have power, and they shape the course of your life. Shape your family with your words. Shape your destiny with your words. Say what the Word declares about you and your family. Align your mouth with the Word of God, and you will have success.
Joshua 1:8 KJV declares, “This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.”
Study His Word both day and night. Meditate upon His Word both day and night. Ecclesiastes 3:1 KJV declares, “To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:” There is a season to seek God and then there is a season to execute. Seek and do. Pray and execute.
“But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead?” James 2:20 KJV. Faith without works is dead. Faith without execution is dead. Faith without diligence is dead. Seek God and complete what He has commanded you to do.
