Healing in the Heartbreakනියැදිය

Heartbreak is an experience that everyone goes through at certain points in life. A heart can feel as though it's breaking through broken friendships, the end of a romantic relationship, family issues, and even death. The emptiness inside can sometimes feel indescribable. Heartbreak literally hurts. Studies have shown that our brains register emotional pain of heartbreak in the very same way as physical pain. And this is why sometimes you might feel like your heartbreak is causing authentic, true, and very real physical pain. Your chest gets tense and your entire body may start to feel a sense of loss. There may even be times when you cry so much that you question how it's humanly possible to still have tears.

The truth is, we all have been there. You are not alone. God sees your pain and tears. He has not abandoned you, and his heart aches for you. He is close to the brokenhearted, and those who are experiencing heartbreak.
