What’s your favorite dessert? Okay, that is an odd question to ask in the middle of a Bible Plan. But there’s a point to that question—and it has to do with hope.

See? When you know something amazing, you share it! Hope is powerful. Hope is the ultimate encouragement when you face disappointments. When hope is shared, God’s Kingdom grows!

Jesus’ life was heaven shouting, “There is hope for everyone!” No one is excluded from the better future God wants for this world. As we experience God’s faithfulness, the world around us can experience it too.

Everyone needs to know that the troubles and struggles we may suffer in this life won’t last forever. Anyone who trusts and follows Jesus can have deep and wonderful hope, because He made a way for us to be God’s own children. And we look forward to the next life in eternity, when God Himself will wipe away every tear from our eyes. What a day that will be!

Pray: My best hope is in you, God. It’s not something to keep to myself. My future is Yours, so lead me to life with others. No matter what circumstances come my way, I will share my hope. I hold firmly to the hope I claim in You. In Jesus’ name, amen.
