Don't run from it or resent that it has been assigned to you. You have been trusted with this responsibility because you have everything within you to achieve it.

There is nothing wrong with asking questions for understanding. Tap into your resources. Take initiative to help yourself. Research. Document. Strategize. Share what you have with trusted advisors to make sure you are on track. Use those inner gifts that God gave you and get to work! Be confident in God, keep Him at the center, and prioritize your obedience to him; you will find great reward in doing so (Hebrews 10:35).

Prayer

Lord, thank you for what you have given us! We know that we are a marvelous work of your hands and that our capabilities come from you. Help us to be confident enough to walk boldly in the gifts that you have given us and to trust that you know exactly what you are doing. In Jesus' name. Amen
