Give for Tomorrow

I don’t know about you but every time I read a success story of an individual that started out with nothing, worked really hard and made right decisions and became financially successful, I get a little excited! There is something about stories like this that give us a good nudge toward our tomorrow. It causes me to remember that God wants me successful in every part of my life, including my finances. True success in life is found in a right relationship with Jesus. If you invest your life fully into that relationship today, you will set yourself up for success tomorrow. Your money is a part of your investment. If you want a better financial future, make good decisions with your money today.

God teaches us about financial success in Malachi 3:10-12. Malachi is speaking the words of God to the people of Israel. He says things like, “bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house.” “Test me in this, and see if I won’t throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that you can’t contain it.” “I will prevent pests from devouring your crops and all the nations will call you blessed.” 

There isn’t a better place for you to invest your money than in the kingdom of God. He does far better with your money than you can and produces way better results.
