Love Your Enemies.

DAY 2 OF 3

Bless Them That Curse You.

When you focus more on your enemies, than you do God, you begin to worship and magnify the offense and the action(s) of your enemies. When you focus on your enemy, you begin to confess, repeat and rehearse what they’ve done to you and how they’ve hurt you or offended you — You begin to focus on the past offense instead of focusing on God. Worship God and not your enemy.

Offense imprisons the heart. What’s keeping your heart entangled? Choose to bless them that curse you. According to Strong’s Concordance, the Greek word for “Bless” is, ‘’eulogeō” (G2127) which means, “to speak well of, to praise, celebrate with praises and to invoke blessings” Speak well of your enemies. Don’t lie about them. Choose to speak well of them. Remember, God gave them life, so we can extend them grace. Forgive them and let the past go.

If your heart is hardened, how can God give you a Word concerning their future and Destiny if your heart is blocked by the stain of offense? Don’t contaminate your heart by staying in the offense and the bondage of past. Let the past go, focus on God and let Him heal and lead your heart.

Your words are the fruit of your heart’s soil. Speak well of others. Forgive the past. Forgive the trespass and embrace God’s future. Focus forward.
