Driven Or Distracted? Sample

Driven Or Distracted?

DAY 3 OF 4

Let God Lead

God is our present help. He is the one who makes the daily decision to sustain us regardless of what we have and what we have done. It is his choice to sustain you, it is not your right to be sustained. However, we too have a choice. We can choose to give God the car keys of our life, or we can decide to place something or some else in his seat.

This is a critical decision that we all must make. Yes, it makes sense to have God, who knows the route to the destination, lead us there. Yet, the truth is that many of us have no idea what it takes to give God our keys in the midst of what is distracting us.

Being driven by God requires us to prioritize his presence in our lives. This means that before we indulge and pursue the things of this world, we should first aspire to be more like Jesus. Only then will your purpose prevail. Only then will you gain wisdom on what distractions need limited attention or eliminating all together.

God is great and he has a great handle on your life's journey. He knows which lane you are prepared to drive in and which one you aren't prepared for. Believe it or not, but some of our distractions were never meant to be apart of the journey. When we became driven by them they took us on a different path than God destined.

Reflection:

What priorities do you need to arrange so that time spent with God is your first priority?

About this Plan

Driven Or Distracted?

Are you driven or distracted? A dressed up distraction can point you in the opposite direction of your purpose if you are not careful. A distraction is a diversion of your dream. In this plan you will gain an understanding of how to propel your purpose forward by identifying the right drive and limiting distractions.
