PRAY: Heavenly Father, please make me a person of integrity and uprightness, for I want You to protect me from evil. I don't want to compromise my integrity even though there are temptations every day. Lord, my hope is in You and You alone, so make me upright in all I do, say, and think.

REFLECT: How can we be protected by integrity and uprightness? Could it be that being filled with integrity puts a shield around us, protecting us from evil or even from the temptation to do evil? And how do we get there? It seems that our hope in the Lord is the first step to becoming a person of integrity and uprightness. These are some big thoughts to ponder.

ACT:  With the goal of being a person of deep integrity, here are the steps to help you get there. You need to begin with hoping in Him, and then ask the Lord to fill you with integrity and uprightness in every choice you make, and in all that you do. The last step is to trust in His protection. These steps are moment-by-moment decisions that you can start implementing right now in order to reach the goal of pure, deep, beautiful, integrity and uprightness in all you do, say, and think!
