NT 260: Part Fourනියැදිය

These judgments are similar to the trumpet judgments of chapter 8 except these are not limited to one-third of the earth. It is pointed out that despite these judgments, people do not turn to God. In fact, they insult God because of what they are experiencing. The sixth bowl judgment sets the stage for the battle of Armageddon in chapter 19.

The suffering in this chapter is supposed to cause people to realize their rejection of God was a mistake. Instead, they become more opposed to God.

Perspective is everything. Those who oppose God see everything as one more reason to reject God; those who follow Him see things as one more reason to honor Him. Hopefully you are following Him more and more and finding more reason to honor Him.
