Nu e niciun secret că cuvintele noastre sunt importante, atât pentru cel care le spune, cât și pentru cel căruia îi sunt adresate. Cuvintele pot crește încrederea, pot încuraja și pot repara relații. Cuvintele pot de asemenea să distrugă prietenii, să deprecieze angajații și să creeze dubiu și nesiguranță. Ne rugăm ca după acest studiu de 4 săptămâni, să Îl onorăm pe Dumnezeu cu cuvintele pe care le spunem.
