Grief Bites: A New Approach to Growing Through GriefSample
Still struggling with guilt or regrets?
Guilt and regrets often go hand in hand with grief and loss. Regret can work for you, instead of against you, when you have a proper mindset. Regret is actually something to TREASURE! Not only does this powerful emotion help us to refine our lives and live life better, our regrets can actually HELP OTHERS.
When we place our regrets in God's hands, He can powerfully use our life lessons of regret to help others to avoid similar pain, conflict, or tragedy.
Today, please realize you no longer need to beat yourself up with guilt or regrets. God CAN give you a NEW life...regardless of past failures, guilt, or regrets.
He is more than willing to make a new way for you.
Stop struggling with your past and begin to use those struggles to catapult you into your FUTURE. It's a great way to honor God, your loved ones, and your life purpose!
God wants to do a NEW work in your life...will you allow Him to?
You are valuable and your life purpose is greater than you realize!
Be kind to your heart as you seek God's heart.
Everybody has a life event they deeply regret. Make the decision today to allow your regrets to mold you into a person of purpose. You cannot do anything about the past, but you CAN choose to do things differently in the future with God’s help.
From this day forward, choose to create memories with God, loved ones, and life...never regrets.
Guilt is a horrible emotion to experience...especially when it interferes with your grief recovery. If you are feeling guilty about wronging a loved one, or not being there for them before they passed away, our loves ones do not hold anything against us.
What may have upset them here on earth no longer upsets them now. Today, let go of the "What if's" and "If only's".. If you're struggling with guilt, talk to God about it. If needed, talk to a respected pastor or counselor. Your loved one would want you to have a light heart, peace, joy, and happiness..and to be freed from the bondage of guilt and regrets.
