In-Joy: In Sunday School kids are sometimes taught what' s called the JOY equation. To have JOY, you should: put Jesus first, put others second, and put yourself last. While the order of the last two must be tempered with an understanding that you're not much good to others if you're stressed out and messed up yourself, one thing's for sure: to have joy, Jesus must always come first. He's the Source and He's ready to supply joy to you.
