In this story Jesus speaks to His second, and final, return, and uses the story to ask how He will find His followers when He returns.
If Jesus returned today, would He find you faithfully tending to the final task He gave us, making disciples? Would He find you faithfully managing your gifts and talents for the Kingdom of God? Or would He find you lazy in those tasks? Would He find you saying, "I've got plenty of time before He comes back, I'll get to that eventually!"
There is never a bad time to make disciples, teaching others to obey all of His commands. Make sure you are being faithful and sensible in light of the Lord's eventual return!
