Imitators of GodSample

Imitate Christ
Be imitators of me, as I am of Christ. 1 Corinthians 11:1 (ESV).
Every man is a leader to someone - whether you are aware of it or not. Paul was not claiming perfection, but he lived in pursuit of Christ and invited others to do the same.
As men of God, we are called to live in a way that others can follow. Your integrity, faith and daily choices create a pattern others will imitate. Make it one that leads to Jesus.
Is the way I am living pointing others - especially my family - closer to Jesus?
Prayer: Father God, thank You for calling me to follow Christ. Help me to live with integrity, faith, and humility so others can follow me and find You. Shape my life to reflect Yours. In Jesus name, Amen.

About this Plan

God has called men to more than strength. He has called us to spiritual leadership. As sons, husbands, fathers, and mentors, we are to live our lives in a way that reflects the character of Christ. This 5-day devotional is built around the call found in Scripture to “be imitators of God.” If you want to lead well, it begins with following well. Let us grow as imitators of our perfect Father.
