Lead With God’s HeartSample

LEADING MEANS SERVING
Reflection:
The world often defines leadership as power, titles, and recognition. But Jesus completely flipped that idea. The greatest leader is the one who serves the most. Even though He was the King of kings, Jesus washed His disciples' feet and gave His life for us.
If you want to be a great leader, you first need to learn how to serve. Leadership isn’t about having people follow you—it’s about helping others grow. True leaders don’t seek the spotlight; they use their influence to lift others up.
Personal Application:
Look for an opportunity to serve today—whether it’s in your family, workplace, church, or community. Ask someone, “How can I help you?” and take action with love and humility.
Reflection Questions:
- What practical steps can you take today to become a servant leader?
- Who in your life could be impacted by an act of service this week?
