From Seed to Success: A 14-Day Journey of Faith, Growth & FruitSample

The Power of Going Together
Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 (NIV)
"Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: If either of them falls down, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up."
The temptation to go it alone is strong, especially when you’re driven, independent, and pursuing a vision. Yet, the truth is that lasting success and fulfillment often require the support of others. Building a “dream team”—a group of committed and passionate individuals who share your vision and values—is essential for creating the time, freedom, and scale that are hard to achieve on your own.
Just like in Ecclesiastes, teaming up can double your strength and resilience. Yes, it requires effort and discernment in choosing the right people, but the payoff is substantial. When selecting leaders and team members, it’s crucial to assess their work ethic, goals, and determination to endure both triumphs and trials alongside you.
Consider whether you want to go fast or far. Going alone might get you somewhere quickly, but to reach greater heights and sustain success, you’ll need others by your side.
Lord, thank You for the people You place in our lives. Help us to value teamwork and community and guide us in choosing the right companions for our journey. Grant us wisdom in building a team that can navigate both the peaks and valleys of our endeavors. May we support, uplift, and inspire each other to go far together and bring glory to Your name, Jesus. Amen.
Reflect on areas in your life where you might be trying to go it alone. Reach out to someone today—whether it's a mentor, friend, or peer—and explore ways you can collaborate or support each other. Embrace the power of working together and watch how it amplifies your efforts.
