Why Do We Call It Christmas?Sample
Christmas is a time to celebrate Jesus, and a time to gather with our family and friends and give them gifts in the name of Jesus. Jesus has given us so much! Because we have been given so much, we are called to give in return and Jesus tells us to love our neighbors more than ourselves. These are such important things to remember at Christmas! So many of the things we use to decorate for and symbolize Christmas take use straight back to Jesus! Look at your tree, your stockings, your gifts and remember – God is with us. Jesus was born to restore our relationship with the Father and he loves us more than anything. Merry Christ’s Mass! (Or Christmas!)
