7 Prayers for IsraelSample

Promise
“May his name endure forever; may it continue as long as the sun. Then all nations will be blessed through him, and they will call him blessed. Praise be to the Lord God, the God of Israel, who alone does marvellous deeds.” Psalm 72:17,18.
Prayer
We pray to You, Lord, God of Israel, King of the earth, that You let people and nations return to You. Give them who hate Your people and harm the apple of Your eye a spirit of love and mercy. Do not surrender them to their sin, but convert them. Praised are You who confirmed Your promises to the fathers in Jesus Messiah. Great is Your faithfulness. Give us a heart like Ruth who loved Naomi and stayed with her. Open the eyes of those who rise up against You and come to redeem us.
Psalm
“Therefore, you kings, be wise; be warned, you rulers of the earth. Serve the Lord with fear and celebrate his rule with trembling.” Psalm 2:10,11.
“Do not hand over the life of your dove to wild beasts.” Psalm 74:19a.

About this Plan

Praying for Israel has been a vital practice since Biblical times, and it remains just as important today. Over the next seven days, you will explore Scripture passages filled with God’s promises and you can engage in guided prayers. Each day provides an opportunity to reflect on these promises, say the prayers, and add your own heartfelt prayers as you feel led.
