Day 2: From Scarcity to Abundance

"I own the cattle on a thousand hills," God declares in Psalm 50:10.

And that's just His ranch animals! When we combine this with the reality of heaven's golden streets, we begin to see a picture of God's true nature - one of overwhelming abundance.

Yet how often do we live as if God is operating with limited resources?

We worry about our daily needs, stress over our finances, and live in fear of not having enough. But the God who uses gold as pavement material certainly isn't struggling to figure out how to provide for His children.

This isn't to minimize the real financial challenges you might be facing.

Rather, it's an invitation to shift our perspective.

We're not serving a God of scarcity who's trying to figure out how to move limited funds around.

We serve the God of abundance who has promised to provide all our needs.

Today, I challenge you to identify one area where you've been viewing God through the lens of scarcity.

Maybe it's your finances, your career, or your ministry dreams.

Now imagine how that situation looks different when viewed through the lens of God's unlimited resources.

Remember - the cattle on a thousand hills are just His ranch animals.

What else might He have in store for you that you haven't even imagined yet?

Let’s pray:

Father, forgive me for the times I've doubted Your provision. Help me to see my circumstances through the lens of Your abundance rather than earthly scarcity. Thank You that You are not limited by earthly resources.
