Key Scripture: Hebrews 1:1-4

Have you ever tried to build something on a weak foundation? No matter how beautiful the structure, if the base is shaky, it won’t stand. The same is true for our faith, it must be anchored in something unshakable.

Hebrews 1:1-4 gives us a powerful truth: our faith is based in Christ. Throughout history, God spoke to His people in different ways—through prophets, dreams, and the Law. But now, God has given us His ultimate revelation, Jesus Christ. He is not just another messenger; He is God Himself.

Verse 3 says, "The Son is the radiance of God's glory and the exact representation of His being." Jesus is not a reflection of God—He is God, in all His fullness. That means when we look at Jesus, we see who God truly is.

Faith is not about believing in a feeling, a set of rules, or even miracles—it’s about believing in a person. When we put our faith in Jesus, we are trusting in the One who holds the universe together (Colossians 1:17) and who finished the work of salvation (Hebrews 1:3).

So, if you ever feel like your faith is weak, don’t try to “force” yourself to believe harder. Instead, get a bigger vision of Jesus. The more we focus on Him, the stronger our faith becomes.

Take a moment today to reflect on who Jesus is. Ask God to reveal more of Christ to you so that your faith is anchored in Him.
