Kids Making A DifferenceSample
Sometimes, even when you really want to do big things for God, you will find yourself faced with small things that need to be done instead. But these small things can be just as hard to do as big things. Doing small, challenging things prepares you for other tasks even when you can’t see the point in it. It’s important to do each task, even repetitive or boring ones in a way that brings glory to God (or makes God look good or represents God well). Even if no one ever notices or gives you a pat on the back for what you’ve done, God sees and is pleased. You will be rewarded by God in ways that you can’t imagine. You may have heard of the big things King David did like killing a giant. But before that, he did some smaller things that he wasn't recognized for.

About this Plan
Kids could choose to spend their time a lot of different ways. This plan challenges them to use their lives to make a difference! Our culture sends the message to kids that childhood is all about entertainment, sports, self-indulgence, and really just “taking it easy.” God has bigger plans for His children—even the ones in elementary school!
